Now that temperatures are starting to drop, the static in my hair is getting worse and I'm realizing that we aren't in North Carolina anymore. I never thought I would seriously miss humidity, however the crazy static is starting to drive me crazy...This southern girl is used to frizz and curls but constantly looking like a science experiment gone wrong is starting to get nerve wracking.
Anyone got any tips?
My very first turkey, ever...It was quite yummy if I do say so myself.
Sweet potato crunch...basically a desert in and of itself.
The classic green bean casserole, yummy!
I'm the only one in my family who likes sweet potato casserole. They all want them to be in pieces. Blah.
ReplyDeleteI use a cream in my hair, made by Freeman, Papaya moisture plus glassy anti-frizz cream. I love the smell. I'm sure there are others like it. It's a bit like hand lotion for your hair, but it's good for static.
The sweet potato casserole with pecans sounds like heaven to me.
ReplyDeleteCold, dry weather makes my hair STRAIGHT and static-y. The only way I've found around the static is to add product to make my clean hair 'dirty' enough not to stand on end. So every day I wash my hair and then proceed to make it dirty.
